Summary : Designed in collaboration with Wingate Hughes, this project was built for Cushman & Wakefield's amenity spaces. The layout features expansive L- and U-shaped banquette booths custom-built to fit neatly into designated nooks and niches. The seating is defined by vertically channeled interior backrests and high-density foam cushions, all framed in knotty white oak that highlights natural wood grain across the kick bases, side panels, and outer backs.
Complementing the booths are custom tables with polished Carrara marble tops and softly radiused corners. Each top rests on a white powder-coated steel tulip base anchored by a large base plate for stability. Wire management channels and power cutouts are integrated directly into the woodwork and seating to support discreet device charging.
